Mom's Chicken Stuffing Casserole

Made for me post-partum after the twins were born

3-4 cooked chicken breasts- cut into bite size pieces
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup mayo
1 can waterchestnuts, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
optional- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
topping:
1 package stuffing
1 1/2 cus chicken broth
1/2 cup cut-up butter

Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes
