Carolyn's Rigatoni

An all day recipe. Makes a ton- have room in your freezer!

2 12 oz cans tomato sauce
16 oz can tomatoes
12 oz tomato paste
4 cups water
2 minced garlic cloves
1# sliced pepperoni
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1 Tbsp sugar
1# rigatoni

Meatballs:
2# ground beef
1 minced garlic clove
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp parsley
4 Tbsp water

Combine all sauce ingredients except noodles in a 12 quart stock pot. Combine all meatball ingredients into 1" balls. Place raw into sauce. Simmer for 6 hours. Place noodles into pot during the last 30 minutes.
