Chocolate Dessert

1 stick butter
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Mix ingredients together & place in 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 large Cool Whip tub
1 cup powdered sugar

Mix ingredients together completely. Spread on first layer & put in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Whip together:
2 small boxes of chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk

Spread pudding mixure over the second later.
Top with the remaining 1/2 tub of Cool Whip.

Shave a chocolate bar on top for presentation.
