Miracle Whip Cake

1 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup cold water
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking soda
4 Tbsp cocoa
dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together the Miracle Whip & water. Set aside. Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, salt & vanilla. Stir in Miracle Whip mixure. Pour into 2 9-inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Cream Cheese Icing

8 oz cream cheese
1 # powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick margarine
4 Tbsp milk

Combine all ingredients spread over cake.
