Cowboy Caviar

2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1-2 tsp hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped avocado
15 oz can black beans, drained
15 oz can corn, drained
2/3 cups thinly sliced green onions
2/3 cups cilantro
1/2 cups seeded & chopped tomatoes
juice of one lime

combine all ingredients, chill. Serve with chips.
