From the Biggest Loser Cookbook
(per serving)
1 Tbsp low-fat mayo
1/2 tsp ketchup
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 # very lean ground beef
1 slice fat-free cheese
1 whole wheat hamburger bun
1/4 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 thin slice red onion
3 dill pickle rounds
Pretty self-explanatory. The sauce ingredients are the first 3 ingredients listed- mix them together. Grill or broil the burger until well-done. Assemble burger w/ added condiments.
