Grandma Kay's Peach Pie

crust: 1 cup flour
3/4 cup Crisco
couple tablespoons ice water

cut shortening into flour with a butter knife. Double recipe for a double crust.

filling:

3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
2-3 tbsp Minute tapioca
1/4 tsp cinnamon
5 cups sliced peaches
2 tbp butter.

Preheat oven to 450.

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon. Mix lightly. Put into pie crust in the plate.
Dot with butter. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes.
